Mr. Zaro formed Bourgeon in 1999 after a successful career at the highest levels of the investment management business for 20 years. As senior managing director and partner at Warburg Pincus Asset Management, he assisted in the implementation of a new investment process for the Private Client/High Net Worth Client Group. He has served as a portfolio manager and alpha target manager for J.P. Morgan Investment Management, and was vice president at Morgan Stanley, at Jefferies & Company and at Smith Barney. He was a member of the Asset Allocation Committees at both Warburg Pincus and J.P. Morgan. Mr. Zaro received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science/Economics from Stanford University. He is a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts and is a Chartered Financial Analyst. |

Mr. Nevin joined Bourgeon Capital Management in 2004 and has over 20 years of investment management experience. In his previous position, Mr. Nevin was a portfolio manager for White Oak Capital Management from 1999 to 2004. Prior to that, Mr. Nevin served as a vice president and securities analyst for Gray, Seifert & Company where he covered several industries including health care and insurance. Mr. Nevin received his MBA with concentrations in Finance and Accounting from New York University's Stern School of Business, graduating with Distinction. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Connecticut College. Mr. Nevin is a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Honorary Academic Society and a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts. |  | Laura K. Drynan, Managing Director

Mrs. Drynan joined Bourgeon Capital Management in March 2010. Before Bourgeon Capital, Laura was President and Chief Investment Officer of Barbenco Investment Advisors. She began her career in finance in 1990 at Credit Suisse First Boston where she became Vice President of Equity Research. Mrs. Drynan earned her B.A. from Georgetown University ('90) Summa Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst and also a member of the NY Society of Security Analysts. |

Mr. Kremski joined BCM in 2008 as an analyst. He is a graduate of Connecticut College, from which he received his B.A. in Economics. Ms. Kramer joined the Bourgeon team with experience reporting as a portfolio administrator to the president of Ameraudi Asset Management. At Bourgeon, Ms. Kramer is responsible for the oversight and operation of Advent, the firm's portfolio management system. She is also a key liaison between the firm and its clients, in addition to managing the overall affairs of the firm. Ms. Cassidy comes to Bourgeon Capital Management after 24 years as Office Manager and Executive Assistant for Albert B. Ashforth, Inc. Corporate Real Estate Brokerage. At Albert Ashforth, Ms. Cassidy was responsible for supporting the senior executives of the Brokerage Division as well as the day to day operations of the office and management of the support staff. Joined Bourgeon in March 2010. Previously, Ms. Naumann was Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer of Barbenco Investment Advisors. Prior to joining Barbenco Ms. Naumann served as a manager in the Cash Management division of FleetBoston Financial. She is responsible for start-up, implementation, daily oversight and operations of Advent, the firm’s portfolio management system. Lisa assists in managing the affairs of our office and is a liaison between BCM and our clients. Ms. Naumann received her Bachelor’s Degree in Theatre from Drury College. |
